Notes 注释

Must 和 have to, 都是用来表达需尽的责任或义务。 Must 一般用来表达说话人自己需要去做的事情，而 have to 是体现了需尽的责任或义务来自某个机构、法律或规则。

这两个表达方式有很强的互换性，不过要根据说话人个人对所需尽责任或义务的判定来决定使用哪一个，比如，个人义务或外界义务。
